A Little History

The New South Wales Government passed legislation in 1992 to licence Property Conveyancers in response to public demand for an alternative to solicitor conveyancing.

Licensed Property Conveyancers are now licensed by the Department of Fair Trading. Each Conveyancer is compelled to complete continuing conveyancing education each year and hold Professional Indemnity insurance for public protection. This insurance covers errors omissions or negligence by a Licensed Conveyancer.

Licensed Conveyancers are now carrying on business in all regions of Sydney and the more populated areas of country New South Wales. Their survival and growth is a testimony to the need for Conveyancing Specialists in New South Wales. Your support of Conveyancers will aid the development of the Conveyancing profession.
